Dear Victor, As you might know, for breaking RSA with low public exponent , one gives a matrix to LLL Algorithm and it outputs the shortest vector. So I installed your NTL library, but on reading LLL module, I couldn't understand how to apply that for getting the shortest vector. ( Surely I have the matrix). Please help me out.
